Returns & Exchanges

At Vice Press, we want you to love your home decor, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
